To construct approximately 32 feet of new 1-hour corridor wall and 8 feet of partition, both to be non-commbustible & non-bearing wall within an existing waiting room area, deleteing the waiting room, to create two new NICU offices. Minimum rated corridor width of 8 feet to be maintained. To install two, 20 minute, self-closing, door assemblies, suspended ceiling system, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler system and smoke detection upgrades.
