To remodel an existing factory building by installing 91 lineal feet of interior partition of metal stud and siding to create 5300 sq. ft. of storage area with stroage racks not over 8 feet in height. Other work includes remodeling of two existing restrooms for handicapped compliance installation of one exterior exit door from new storage area and two 4-14' x 16' overhead doors on east and west sides of building. All work is per approved plans and attachments. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60 foot open yards for unlimited area. (P.C.#899-98)
