To install magnetic hold open & automatic release control devices at the 3-hour doors rated door assemblies in the 4-hour area separation wall / horizontal exit where MSTI exits into the stairways. To install new exit doors between the Parking Garage and stairs and walkway & stairs as a weather & security control feature. All installed per manufacture's listing & Boise City Codes & Standards.
