To construct 18 lineal ft. of 1-hr. tenant demising wall to divide up an existing office space into 2 spaces per approved plans on file. One side will remain bank branch offices of 3,204 sq.ft. The other side will be vacant at this time and is 4,568 sq.ft. A future permit will be required to occupy the vacant space and to perform any modifications. The new wall installed to be of metal stud and 5/8 inch firecode sheetrock. Fire sprinkler heads to be relocated in accordance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
