The 9,500 square foot area will be used for retail sales and the remaining 17,500 square foot area is intended for future expansion and storage. The exterior entablature is also being modified. Exterior work includes concrete footings, tube steel columns, tube steel beams, steel studs, gypsum board, wood structural panels, steel flashing, an exterior insulation and finish system, concrete sidewalks, and parking lot modifications. Interior work includes interior nonbearing partitions and larger exterior windows. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
