To demolish the interior non-bearing framing to include the storefront area, all interior partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling, and all abandonded electrical, mechanical & plumbing related to this space. Maintain an exit egress door from the space while occupied. Seal the tenant space area from the mall area with noncombustible construction sealed to keep dust from the mall. Remove demolition materials at least daily before leaving for the day. DO NOT CUT IN THE NEW EXTERIOR DOOR. STILL WAITING FOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THIS SPACE TO INCLUDE THE TENANT DEMISING WALL. Plans are currently under review for future tenant "Buckles", for separate T.I. permit. drs
