To remodel a 41 sq. ft. storage room, located at the Northeast corner of Wing A, for storage of medical gas (Oxygen). Construction to include a 1-hour wall assembly surrounding the room and extending from floor to existing 1-hour rated sheetrock ceiling at bottom of trusses. A new labeled 60 minute door & frame with listed hardware, to include a closer and smoke gasketing, is to be installed on the room. All penetrations & openings are to be protected with approved fire stop assemblies as required. To install two new vents through the exterior wall directly into the medical gas storage room, each with a minimum of 36 sq. in. of net area, located as shown on approved plans, notes & attachments.
