To add 1,464 sq.ft. of area to a 2,640 sq.ft. tenant space issued under a previous permit BLD95-1804. The previous permit had no inspections and no occupancy granted so all inspections and a certificate of occupancy will be required for the entire space under this permit. Exterior work under this permit per approved plans includes construction of a 4'x20' metal wall mounted canopy on the north side of building. Interior work under this permit to include cutting a hole in the wall between the adjoining spaces to allow installation of a new set of double doors, opeing into the Patron Dining Area to act as a second required exit from the "Group Room". Post "Group Room" with maximum occupant load sign of '59'. All restrooms to conform to accessability requirements. Intall frame wall across end of "Pantry" in such a manor as to provide access and use of pantry for the disabled. All per approved plans notes & attachments.
