To perform selective interior demolition of the structure formerly occupied by Peterson Volkswagen Auto Dealership to prepare for future remodel into a church and classrooms. Work to include removal of doors, interior nonbearing walls, interior second floor and it's supporting elements, exterior overhead doors, interior concrete slabs, exterior window walls and miscellaneous as noted on plans.
