Setbacks to meet requirements of Boise City Zoning Ordinance and policy by H. Wayne Gibbs. Setbacks for this unit to maintain 6 ft. from other units measured from wall or roof supporting elements, and a minimum of a 4 ft. eaveline separation. Documents pertaining to tie down requirements must be at job site at time of inspection. Inspections are required prior to occupancy. A separate electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical permit will also be required. (MYS)
