To remodel the existing EEG Sleep Study Area by removing the walls between the sleep study rooms & the existing hallway; existing cabinets and alter latch side clearance on EEG Room side for accessibility, to provide 18" clear on latch side.To reconstruct new walls to create new entry area and add portion of existing hall into the areas of the two rooms. Construction to be noncombustible framing and 5/8", Type "X" sheetrock cover (NOT part of rated wall requiring opening & penetration protection).
