To remodel a 1,741 square foot area in the Northeast corner of an existing vocational training building ("Pride" Work Activity Training Building). Two classrooms and an accessible restroom are being created. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a ramp accessible to the disabled, sidewalks, doors, and exterior windows all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
