To construct a new 5' x 14' covered porch on the south side of existing building per approved plans on file. Work to include new covered deck with false balcony (decoration only). All work per approved plans and attachments. (P.C.#395-99) Note: Door on 2nd floor at false balcony to have hinges removed and be screwed in place for having less than 36 inch guardrail height.
