To remodel interior of existing 824 sq. ft. office tenant space. To remove interior non-bearing walls at front office area and in restroom. To construct a partial height wall between office & conference room; to construct a chase around a plumbing drain line; infill an existing doorway off the back porch to the storage area; add wall and door to create a secured storage room; add a wing wall at regrigerator and add a new counter in the restroom. To install a new electrical furnace, ducting and corner ceiling coving to conceal ductwork. To upgrade the door hardware to comply with lock/latch requirements of code for room exiting. To use 20% of project costs to provide greater accessibility & use within the space to meet accessibility requirements along the main accessible route.
