To remodel existing single family dwelling per approved plans. Areas being addressed will be kitchen, bathroom and pantry. Work will include stripping walls, ceiling and floors of above mentioned rooms. After demo, floor joist replacement may be neccessary. Six windows to be removed and replaced and entry door resized. Safety glazing to be determined by inspector before window replacement. Electrical and plumbing to be upgraded. Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all bedrooms and hallways leading to same. DJO
