To enclose existing covered porch and add family room at rear of single family dwelling. Work to also include remodel of existing structure with four foot expansion to new kitchen area that will remain beneath existing roof eave. Additional work to include cantilevered floor joist at three locations at front of house for new bay windows. All work per approved plans.
