To repair fire damaged single family dwelling per approved plans. Areas of damage are two bedrooms/bath and utility room in basement and two bedrooms and two baths on main level. Work to include replacement of floor joists, roof members, partition walls, sheetrock and roof shingles. Other work to include installation of egress complying windows and remodel of additional areas in basement and conversion of attached carport into garage. Due to the extent of electrical work, hard-wired smoke detectors will be required in all bedrooms and hallways leading to the same. All plumbing and HVAC per applicable codes. DJO
