THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED AND HAS A SMOKE CONTROL SYSTEM. ANY ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PER NFPA #13 AS REGULATED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
