Overbuild to be constructed per Nashua Homes requirements. Setbacks for this unit approved by Wayne Gibbs and will meet the requirements of the Boise City Zoning Oridinance. 6 ft. seperation to be maintained from other units measured from wall or roof supporting elements, with a minimum of 4 ft. eaveline seperation.
