(SO MANY SHADES) This building is not fire sprinklered. To create a 1,950 square foot retail sales tenant space within an existing building. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a new exit door in the East wall, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. A demo permit (BLD99-1898) was issued earlier. Adjacent vacant areas are not approved for occupancy under this permit and must be provided access. Before final occupancy is allowed, a "Record of Survey" moving the East property line shall be completed and approved. PC-493-99 **CJW** (8-27-99) A DENSITY REDUCTION SURVEY WAS RECORDED 8-26-99. THE PROPERTY LINE AT THE EAST WALL WAS REMOVED. OPENINGS IN THE EAST WALL ARE NOW ALLOWED WITHOUT A FIRE-PROTECTION RATING.
