To install and set up a 44'-2" X 24'-10" enhanced manufactured home per approved plans and manufacturers requirements. Work to include concrete footings and foundation around perimeter of home and a 200 sq. ft. free standing carport at side of structure. Overbuild to be constructed per plan. Tie down documents must be at job site at time of inspection. Inspections are required prior to occupancy. A seperate electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical permit will also be required. DJO PC #568
