To perform code upgrades to upper level, North end wall construction, openings & penetrations, of existing building links between buildings 1, 2, 3 and 5 for compliance with required exit needs for second level in preparation for Link remodels & use as "B" - Office occupancies, as part of the "HP Complex consisting of Buildings #1, #2, #3, #5, #6 & #7 and connecting links under consideration as a Fully Sprinkled, 60 feet all around, unlimited area, "B" occupancy" to include the LINK areas per approved plans on file. Work to include repairing existing wall or constructing new wall at North end of LINKS to be qualify as a two-hour horizintal exit to meet 2nd level exit requirements.
