Tenant separation walls, accessible restroom, and vanilla finish were done under a previous permit (BLD98-2435). Work to include constructing new interior walls and doors, a raised platform floor with ramps, interior finish, some suspended ceiling adjustments, sprinkler adjustments, new mechanical work with new HVAC roof top unit, some new plumbing, and some new electrical work.
