Interior remodel of an existing 1,714 sq.ft. vacant tenant space for use as a new language center for adults per approved plans on file. Partial tenant separation walls, and vanilla finish were to be done under a previous permit (BLD98-2416). Work to include demolishing an existing restroom, constructing two new accessible restrooms, constructing new one-hour rated tenant separation walls, new interior walls and doors and some windows, a new exterior door with new exterior landing and sloped walk or ramp, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, sprinkler adjustments, new mechanical work including new HVAC roof top unit, some new plumbing, and some new electrical work.
