To remodel 4,540 sq.ft. of an existing 8,100 sq. ft. space to create a new tenant space for office use, on the 1st floor just northeast of the lobby area per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of existing full height perimeter non-bearing walls; installation of new non-combustible walls to create three interior conference rooms, a mail/copy room; LAN room; private office;entry; break room & new tenant separation wall. Perimeter walls will receive new partial height office partitions. Wall cover will be sheetrock prior to application of finish materials. Maintain integrity of perimeter smoke barrier wall to meet smoke control system previous approvals. Contractor to provide proof upon request that smoke barrier design approvals are intact.
