An accessible customer service station is being provided as part of this permit. To increase the area of a private office & reduce open office area by an equal amount there by not altering the overall office, customer service, storage or mechanical areas of original plans on file. C.O. #2593, issued 3/1/82 is still applicable. A 'Letter of Completion is required as a condition of final inspection & approval for this project scope.
