(THE BARDENAY) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To construct a 7,101 square foot restaurant and bar tenant space in a former warehouse. The "shell and core" work was performed under permit BLD99-2352. Work includes interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, walk-in coolers, kitchen equipment, 3 grease hoods, 1 dish washer hood, and a suspended ceiling system all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The second level is approved for 50 psf live load maximum. An approved sign shall be posted on the second level near the stairway. The maximum allowed occupant load (150) shall be on an approved sign posted near the main exit from the tenant space.
