To refurbish the kitchen area of an existing restaurant per approved plans on file. Work to include filling in recessed concrete floor in the prep, cooking and dishwashing areas, and adding a 6" strip of marine plywood backing/base over existing sheetrock wall finish in preparation of receiving a new epoxy floor covering system extending 6" upward onto walls; replacement wooden millwork with stainless steel shelves; constructing (2)1'-9" steel stud with sheetrock cover, partition walls at each end of food prep island, extending from floor to 6" above ceiling; and add a wall pass thru from the kitchen food prep area to the dishwashing counter area.
