To remodel an existing bar/restaurant per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of approximately 23 lineal ft. of masonry structural wall between dining / bar area and adjoining dining / game area. To construct new supporting tube steel columns and I-beams to support second floor & masonry above, and remove existing raised floor in the bar area and relocate & install new accessible complying ramp to upper raised floor areas. All remodel under this permit to occur on the main floor only, basement and 2nd floor offices to remain as is.
