Attachments to masonry walls are by epoxy anchors. The existing roof covering is being removed to the deck. Work is to include structural sheathing over the existing roof deck, ties between the roof diaphragm and the perimeter masonry walls, braces for the existing masonry parapets, and a built up roof all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. **CJW**
