Remodeling an 11,400 sq.ft. portion of an existing office building on the 2nd floor (northeast corner) per approved plans on file. Work to include demolishing several interior walls, constructing a few portions of one-hour rated corridor walls, install rated doors and rated windows in existing rated corridor where required, new interior walls with doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
