Constructing a new 2,958 sq.ft. office tenant space in the southeast corner of the 7th floor in shell building (BLD97-3173) per approved plans on file. This tenant now occupies the whole seventh floor of the building. Work to include constructing portions of one-hour rated corridor walls, installing 20 minute rated doors in rated corridor and rated elevator lobby, new interior walls with doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinklers and alarms, new mechanical, and new electrical work.
