To construct two "Vanilla Finish" spaces in Units #3 & #4 for use as office and warehouse, in shell building (BLD 98-0042) per approved plans on file. Each unit is 946 square feet. Work to include one new accessible unisex restroom in each unit, a new office in unit #3, a new one-hour rated tenant demising wall between units, new interior walls with doors, interior finish, ceiling construction over restrooms and office, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate permit will be required for each space for any future remodel or occupancy. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when finished.
