Remodeling an existing office tenant space on second floor of building per approved plans on file. The remodel will increase the office square footage from 1,106 to 1,780 square feet. Work to include demolishing some interior walls, new one-hour rated corridor wall infill where doors existed, new interior walls with doors and a window, interior finish, possible suspended ceiling adjustments, fire sprinkler adjustments, and electrical work.
