Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all bedrooms and hallways leading to the same. New permit is being issued to obtain final for dwelling only. A 538 sq. ft. attached two car garage was constructed without submitting for a building permit and does not have adequate footing/foundation and will require a seperate permit to complete work. DJO
