To construct a 12,197 sq.ft. 2 story office/warehouse tenant space per approved plans and engineering on file. First floor with be 9,626 sq.ft. and new 2nd floor office area will be 2,571 sq.ft. Work to include, construction of 80 lf of one-hour tenant demising wall, construction of the second story within the perimeter walls of the existing shell blding, construction of two accessible restrooms, two exit stairways from the second story, interior partitions to separate offices, reception area, break room, conference room, and warehouse area, installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of three roof top HVAC units.
