Office square footage reduced from 2,820 sq.ft. to 1,820 square feet. Work to include installing a 20 minute rated door and 45 minute wire glass in existing one-hour rated corridor. New Certificate of Occupancy to be issued for adjusted occupant load. A review for the whole space has not been done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. JCB
