1. need documentationtion that the box can be used as a service, no labels or stickers are contained in the box.
2. grounding electrode conductor not secured to the box.
3. no 220v gfci protection or an assured grounding plan in place.
4. talked to permit holder and they will be getting a new box in place.
5. had a hard time finding the address, got lost, no good directions available on map.
