Please inspect main service outside and sub-panel inside. Water pipe is bonded to at the sub-panel (could not locate water main within 5'' of entrance). Todd Hall spoke with Jim Schmear on 9-19 regarding approval to bond to water pipe inside of residence. Customer is building a soffit for protection of SER and NMBs ran along ceiling in bedroom where sub-panel is located. 3-wire range and dryer are extended to main panel outside. Home owner moved cable TV aside on soffit above main service. Home owner needs IDPCO reconnection in afternoon.
