There has not been power ot this home for over a year, a partial inspection has been completed but there was to access to the basement due to mold issue, that has now been taken care of from a mold co. and the home is ready to continue with the insp. any questions please let me know, thx, TW

110.12(B)-Hot tub circuit shall be totally removed. Wire damage due to undersized for load served.
No access due to black mold and I did not have a mask to verify plumbing bond.
