Discussed location of metermain under existing deck where walls have been built to enclose under deck area. Checked with Daryl Degrange and determined that area not concidered as interior or part of structure. Underground service entrance to be installed in sch 80 PVC 3 1/2' verticle to metermain than fused there is acceptable. Contractor to change dryer and range receptacles to 4 wire and bond plumbing at water heater and install a ground rod to supplement.
