Area has changed. Kitchen remodel, cabinets change litlle bit, added pantry, master bed and bath. Owner pulled permit has an individual helping who is not family. Friend denied helping but answered all questions. Complained about being told make up not required to all switch boxes, or 6" of useable wire available at each box. Informed owner takes full responcibility for wiring and its not our job to inform them of any or all codes required.
210.11(C)(1)- All receptacles serving counter top areas shall be fed from small appliance 20 amp circuit described in 210.52.
210.52- All kitchen counter top areas 12" or wider shall have a receptacle installed. Left of range.
300.14- At each switch, receptacle, or outlet a minimum of 6" of useable wire shall be available.
300.15- All junctions shall be installed in an accessible location. Found junction boxes that were to be buried by drywall. 1 front bed, 1 master bed entrance, 1 master vanity.
334.12- Existing range wire exits wall cavity and enters box screwed to floor. NM cable shall not be installed where subjent to physical damage.
