Discussed junction box #2 in exam rooms for a moveable cabinet with power, must choose wiring method described in 250.118 for metallic raceway with flexibility needed. Also discussed boxes under chairs will have no room for a cover on box so ok to hardwire as long as redundant grounding maintained and junction box completely covered with out exposure to flammable materials as cover would be.
