Richard-###-####-please call 30 minutes to meet for access Phone #: ###-#### p/s o/h rec ok. Homeowners were able to get 1 ground rod down. 2nd ground rod was tried in multiple locations. They need to get power back on to house. There is enough grounding electrode conductor for 2 ground rods. Told homeowners if could not get 2nd ground rod down, I would accept 1. They are going to call for PM hookup on 3/131/17
