I am traveling but our realtor will let you in. This is a HUD home and the power has been off for more than a year and in order to do the home inspection, Idaho Power wants you to have a look. We know there are things that do need attention but we want to make sure it is at least safe to turn on the power to check the systems. Our Realtor is: Greg Davis and he will be ready as soon as you are. ###-####. Please call both of us if possible. Thank you in advance for all of your help. power is for home inspector to be able to do home inspection...open wires are safed off and panels are complete...there are issues that are not to code that will need addressed but home owner is aware of and home inspector will be aware of as well at inspection...home owner aware that permit will need a final and will not be finaled until issues addressed
