p/s o/h rec ok. Talked to the landlord about damage done to meter at apt. #312 1/2. Current tenant has invited a guest in that apparently caused damage to 2 meters on 2 seperate occasions. The first meter was not able to be found by IDP. Power to that unit has been off for a few weeks. Apparently said individual took apart a paint brush to use the metal band as a jumper in place of the meter. Metal band was placed phase to phase which blew up and burned up the existing meter socket. New meter has been installed. This is a major life safety issue.
