2) romex shall be completely protected from physical damage-kit island flex too short
3) where metal flex is used it shall terminate in a box with means of attachment-metal box for island outlet
4) the panel shall be labelled completely and legibily-breakers mark spares are powering circuits
5) down stairs bed nedds outlet installed on 30" wall space-was not completed as per rough in inspection

210.52- Down bed 30" wall shall have receptacle outlet installed for wall space.
300.4- Where NM cable is run thru bored or notched studs that do not maintain 1 1/4" from framing surface they shall be protected from damage by nail plates. Master closet, master bath, end of hall.
300.15- All NM cable shall terminate in a box. Fireplace wiring.
300.15(A)(1)- All terminations shall be accessible. Smoke in basement hall not secured and sitting on duct.
334.12- NM cable shall not be installed where subject to damage. Up west bed upper hole will be partially cavered by drywall.
334.30- NM cable shall be supported at intervals not to exceed 4 1/2'. 14-3 for smokes from basement to up bed.
408.41- Grounded conductors shall terminate individually. Contractor called to clearify the termination of grounded and left prior to my return call. Told he could take care of this item by final would be OK
