Call half hour before to meet // Tom Phone #: ###-#### Discussed the rewiring of complete house. Owner stated had a electrician friend who is going to help out with job. Informed owner they are required to do work as per BCC 4-05-16. All walls appear to be cinder block and may not be able to fish wires into walls. Owner to consider surface mounting wiring method for these areas. Rough in inspection will be treated as if house in new with some concideration for blocking issues. Wall spacing for receptacles, 2 small appliance circuits, dedicated 20 amp for bath receptacles, AFCI, GFCI, tamper and weather resistant. Garage not in scope of work.
