As noted dedicated electrical space width and depth of panel board shall be clear for future expansion as per 110.26(E)(1)(a). As per conversation with Daryl DeGrange if only way to reconnect to pipes passing thru floor is in original area, only the amount permitted would be a 90 degree connector to leave dedicated electrical space.

Called contact and explained Chief Electrical Inspector is off thru end of week and should return July 2. I told I had a meeting with Chief about correction and he agreed shall be code compliant. If would still like to meet will have to wait until Monday when he returns.

On stairway to alley the lighting has been removed for stairway and shall be reinstalled asap as this path is being used daily.
Sump pump room will be used as a spray down room. A pressure washer will be present in room. Room shall be concidered a wet location.
