I''ve added two eight foot grounding rods 6 feet apart with #4 copper wire connecting them to the service meter. I have not connected the wire into the panel--leaving that for my electrician when he comes to do the cut-over with Idaho Power. I have left an ample length of #4 wire from the grounding rods to the service meter. I''ve also flipped the expansion coupler over so that it''s now correctly oriented.
